Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Flights

Airline cancellation charges apply as per the fare rules shown at booking, plus an Akon Travel fee of ₹300 per passenger per sector. Zero-cancellation fares waive the airline charge if cancelled 24 hours before departure.

2. Hotels

Free-cancellation rooms can be cancelled at no charge until the deadline shown. Non-refundable rooms are not eligible for refunds.

3. Holiday packages

30+ days before travel: 10% charge. 15–29 days: 35%. Under 15 days: non-refundable. Flight and visa components follow their own rules.

4. Bus & train

Bus cancellations follow operator policy, typically 10–25% based on time to departure. Train cancellations follow Indian Railways rules.

5. Visa

Embassy fees are non-refundable once submitted. Our service fee is refunded if we are unable to file your application.

6. Refund timelines

Refunds are initiated within 24 hours and reach the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Wallet refunds are instant.
