1. Our role

Akon Travel acts as an intermediary between you and travel suppliers. Each booking is also subject to the supplier’s own terms and fare rules.

2. Bookings & payments

A booking is confirmed only once payment succeeds and a confirmation number is issued. Prices may change until payment is complete.

3. Cancellations & refunds

Cancellation charges are as per supplier rules plus a convenience fee shown at the time of booking. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

4. Travel documents

Travellers are responsible for valid passports, visas and health documents. Visa decisions rest solely with the embassy concerned.

5. Liability

We are not liable for delays, cancellations or service failures caused by suppliers or events beyond our control, but we will help you seek remedies.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Chennai having jurisdiction.
